Research Interests

  • My main research focuses on studying algebraic codes over finite fields and finite rings.
  • A major part of my current work involves constructing new quantum codes using families of linear codes. Recently, our research has produced new, record-breaking binary and non-binary quantum codes derived from quasi-cyclic and group ring codes.
  • I also explore broader applications of linear codes, including DNA coding, code-based cryptography, and related structural problems
  • I am interested in how coding theory connects with finite geometry, algebraic geometry, and topological codes. If you are interested in any of these areas and want to collaborate on a project, feel free to reach out!
